The best festivals are planned well in advance, and so are the most successful vendors. Reserving your space early not only secures your preferred event dates, but also unlocks additional promotional opportunities to help grow your business before the festival even begins.
ā³ Treasure Crew and Captainās Circle benefits are limited and awarded based on the order of approved applications. Once those levels are filled, vendors will continue to be accepted as space allows.
š¦ļø Festival Weather Policy
Pirates, Parrots & Paradise is an outdoor, rain-or-shine festival.
Florida weather can be unpredictable, but our team works closely with each venue and local officials to provide the safest and best possible experience for our vendors and guests.
Because significant planning, advertising, permits, entertainment, staffing, and event expenses begin well in advance, vendor fees are non-refundable, including cancellations due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Whenever possible, we will continue operating through light rain or brief weather delays. Safety is always our highest priority, and any decisions regarding severe weather will be made in cooperation with local authorities.
