The following is a little history and information about our product and what makes us unique: Sopchoppy Sauce was created on the riverbanks of Sopchoppy, FL by the late James “JB” Burge over 40 years ago. Its sweet and tangy flavors pay homage to his larger than life personality. Now being made by his niece and nephew(that’s us), Sopchoppy Sauce is a gourmet batch produced sauce that still remains in a category of its own. Considered a truly “ALL PURPOSE” sauce, it’s amazing on everything from ham sandwiches to filet mignon. May I also mention that our product is certified gluten free and vegan, void of any soy, gums, lecithins, preservatives, etc making it even more unique in the sauce world. We promise, you have never tasted anything like JB’s Sopchoppy Sauce! JB’s Sopchoppy Sauce is a gourmet batch prepared food product made with the finest local and farm raised ingredients. By Florida law, we have to make our sauce in a co-packing facility but that does not keep us from being hands on. Unlike many gourmet produced products, we are actually the ones that mix, bottle, label, and package our sauce. We take extreme pride in the quality of our ingredients and the consistency of our product.
