I use my background as a chemist to help customers look past marketing buzzwords, explaining the actual combustion reactions that define a "clean" candle and why our specific formulations are safer for their homes. I also differentiate our vintage Pāua from standard abalone by explaining how its unique microscopic structure refracts light to create vibrant color through physics rather than dyes. This scientific lens allows me to advocate for our environmental mission with authority, helping customers understand the lifecycle of materials and why we prioritize preservation over extraction. We round out this engagement with hands-on custom curation, personally assisting shoppers in pairing these ethically crafted items into thoughtful, ready-to-gift bundles. |
